Painting

Well, after about 4 years of saying I was going to do it, we finally are! We've been deciding to paint my room since I was in 6th grade, when I got my bohemian comforter.  We headed to Lowe's on Saturday and got paint that kinda, sorta matched it. It's called intense teal. It looks very green, not teal!

I spent all day today preparing it, I starting taping my doorways, baseboards and window sills. Then I went a little insane and began cleaning the baseboards, the walls, my doors and my window. Then I dusted off my furniture and vacuumed my floor. Then, I sanded down the drywall that got patched over and wiped it down. All to find out that we're not even painting tomorrow!

Dad, said we would probably not paint until this weekend...ugh. I cleaned, and prepared for nothing! So, that means amy is going to come over tomorrow, and we'll make up for my birthday. She was out of town, so...not sure what we will do. Some time this week, I'm going to hang out with caitlyn, charity, mary, marabeth and katy... separately! This will be challenging!
